No. Many clients give us a key, a door code or garage access. Our team is background-checked, and we're insured and bonded for your peace of mind.

A regular cleaning maintains a home that's already in good shape. A deep clean removes built-up grime from the details (baseboards, grout, cabinet fronts, vents and fixtures), so it takes longer and is usually booked first, then followed by recurring visits.

Yes, ideally. Move-in/move-out cleaning is priced for an empty home so we can reach inside every cabinet, closet and appliance. If a few items remain, just let us know on WhatsApp.

Absolutely. We regularly coordinate access and timing with agents and managers, and we can send completion photos when we're done.

Yes. We schedule commercial cleaning early morning, evenings or weekends so we never interrupt your team or your customers.

After the trades are finished with dusty work (drywall, sanding, flooring, paint), ideally right before your final walkthrough or move-in date.

We clean dust, residue and small debris. Large construction waste, like drywall scraps and lumber, should be hauled off by the contractor before we arrive.

Yes. Same-day turnovers between an 11 a.m. check-out and a 3 or 4 p.m. check-in are our specialty. Share your booking calendar and we'll plan around it.

We change linens and can run laundry on-site when the property has a washer and dryer. Let us know your setup when you message us.
